In order to respect the neighbours there is a decibel detector. 2) The property has a 200 liters hot water tank 3) The person who signs the contract upon arrival has to be older than 25 years. 4) Only the number of guests specified in the client's booking is allowed to stay overnight at the property. If any additional guest stays overnight, an extra charge will apply.
For all our guests we provide: 3 sets of keys, bed sheets, one bath towel, one hand towel per person, one hair dryer per bathroom, iron, ironing board, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, kitchen tools, crockery and cutlery.

The Penthouse was spacious and had wonderful views. The location was perfect for accessing the Gothic Quarter via all modes of transportation. The parking space was key as parking is not easy to come by in Barcelona. Imanol and his staff were very friendly and helpful with any of our needs and arranged for transportation from the airport when we arrived. It was very clear and simple. A great start to our family holiday!
