There is an independent kitchen and 1 full bathroom with a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, free WiFi and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge, refrigerator, coffee maker, water boiler, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher) and kitchen utensils. Towels, bed linen and hairdryer are included.

The most notable feature of the apartment is the large private terrace with magnificent views of the Sagrada Familia. The apartment is cosy and very peaceful thanks to its privileged position on the building's top floor.

The imposing Sagrada Familia basilica is located 3 minutes on foot. And with a pleasant 12-minute walk, you can reach one of the most beautiful streets in the city, Paseo de Gracia, where two iconic GaudĂ­ buildings are located: La Pedrera and Casa BatllĂł. They can also visit the Sant Pau hospital, a modernist work that is 5 minutes walking from the apartment.
