Spacious villa with sea views, fully renovated, located in the Aiguablava area, just 1.5 km from Aiguablava beach, the port of Fornells, and the center of Begur. The property, with bright and spacious interiors, is spread over two levels. On the main floor, there is a large living room with access to the terrace, a fully equipped office kitchen, full bathroom, dining area, double bedroom suite with private bathroom, and a bedroom for four with two bunk beds. Additionally, there is a bedroom with full bathroom accessible from the terrace. On the lower floor, there are two large double bedrooms, both suites with private bathrooms. Outside, the villa features spacious terraces with fantastic sea views and a private pool with solarium area, offering the perfect space to enjoy the outdoors and the Costa Brava.
