Terraced house with sea views, located in a quiet residential area, just 1 km from Sa Tuna beach. The property, bright and welcoming, is spread over three levels. On the first floor there is a spacious entrance hall with a large terrace. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, one of them a suite with bathroom, plus an additional full bathroom. On the top level there is another double bedroom, a second full bathroom, and a spacious, bright living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, leading to a large solarium terrace with private pool.
