Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV and international TV channels. Exit to the garden, to the swimming pool. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), bath/bidet/WC and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, 190 cm in length). Bath/bidet/WC. View of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (Wifi, free of charge). Garage next to the house. House, beautiful, comfortable. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Begur, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill. Private use: well-kept terraced garden (fenced) 300 m2, plants and flowers, rectangular swimming pool (7 x 4 m, 96 - 180 cm deep, 01.05.-30.10.) with internal staircase. Porch, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Access (ramp). Parking, single garage. Please note: car recommended. Pets are allowed, with a supplement of 30€ per pet. *The cleaning fee includes cleaning + sheets and towels + amenities.
