Very simple and rustic furnishings: 1 bedr. 9 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm), electric heater. 1 bedr. 11 m2 with 1 double bed (135 cm), electric heater. Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: living/dining room 29 m2, on 2 levels with 1 sofabed (80 cm), open-hearth fireplace and electric heater. Exit to the terrace. 1 bedr. 7 m2 with 1 bed (90 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, electric coffee machine). Terrace 15 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Simple and on the outskirts of the resort. Private use: natural state property 800 m2. Patio (16 m2). Stepped access (21 steps) to the house. Parking at the house on the premises, public parking on the road. Please note: car recommended. The house is NOT equipped with HEATING, possibility of 2 electric radiators. Pets are allowed, with a supplement of 30€ per pet. *The cleaning fee includes cleaning + sheets and towels + amenities.
