This comfortable villa is located in the prestigious Marbella Club Golf Resort, about 10 kilometres from Puerto Banús. The Marbella Club Golf Resort was developed and run by the same owners of the legendary Marbella Club Hotel. It is centred around a beautiful 18-hole golf course, which is particularly popular with experienced golfers.

At the heart of the community is the pretty little clubhouse, whose terrace enjoys an inspiring view over the course, the hills and an attractive man-made lake. Well-equipped, the golf clubhouse has a full range of services, including a bar, dining and lounge area, pro shop and facilities for caddies and coaches.

Another elegant facility that makes the most of the country club's wonderful location is its equestrian centre. Residents can keep their own horses here or use the centre's magnificent animals for relaxing rides through the countryside.

The house is built around a traditional courtyard with a fountain and has two entrances, a main entrance and a secondary entrance from the kitchen side.

The ground floor interiors comprise a living room with exit to the covered porch and garden, a separate dining room, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, 2 en-suite bedrooms and a laundry room.

The upper floor, which offers open views to the golf course, the riding arena and the sea on the horizon, houses two en suite bedrooms, one of them master bedroom with dressing room, bathroom and a private west facing terrace with mountain and sea views.
