On the ground floor you will find a spacious dining room with direct access to the terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor lunches, and an independent kitchen with a modern central island, equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious family meals. In addition, there is a toilet for greater comfort.

In the exterior, the jewel is the private swimming pool with easy access via steps, surrounded by garden furniture and a barbecue area with sail-shaped awnings, ideal for relaxing and enjoying unique moments.
