Recently renovated, it offers a living-dining room with direct access to a private terrace with table, chairs and awning, where you can enjoy views of the sea and gardens whilst relaxing or dining outdoors. The double bedroom also opens onto the terrace, guaranteeing a perfect connection with the natural surroundings. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob for preparing your favourite meals, and the complete bathroom features a shower for total rest. Additionally, it has air conditioning and free WiFi for your comfort.
The residential complex features extensive gardens, pathways and shaded areas, ideal for sunbathing or disconnecting surrounded by nature. Currently, due to community regulations, the communal swimming pools cannot be used. The location is unbeatable, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and 2 minutes from the famous Parque de la Paloma, with shops, restaurants and bars within reach, as well as a rich cultural offering to explore.
Just as we do in all the other properties of our CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES brand, all our accommodation includes towel and sheet sets. We have cots and high chairs available upon request for babies aged 0 to 2 years. And all of this, absolutely FREE.
