The apartments in detail

These apartments are romantic, very spacious, modern, comfortable, sunny, fabulous and chic. The two double bedrooms are very comfortable and one of them have direct access to the terrace. There are two full bathrooms with shower so minimum bathroom waiting times. The living room and dining room area are open for optimum social space and the kitchen is fully equipped for you to show off your tapas cooking skills.

The apartments have 85 square metres and a very functional layout.

Located in a modern building with two elevators -only two units per staircase- and stands out for its interior design, equipment and a large terrace with views. The air-conditioned living-dining room invites you to meet your family and spend great evenings. The sofa can be prepared as a sofa-bed (making it a 1.40mx 2m bed) for two guests, so that it can optionally fit 6 guests in the house.

A well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and utensils is very practical if one day you don't feel like going out to eat. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are in the laundry room at your disposal. Kettle, coffee maker and a long etcetera complete the equipment.

The master bedroom has a double bed (1.50x2m), wardrobe and an en-suite designer bathroom with shower. You can access from this room to the large terrace (25m2) of the apartment, which has panoramic views of the beach and the island of Benidorm. The secondary bedroom has two single beds (90cmx2m), a wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower that serves the apartment. Both bedrooms have a modern air conditioning system (Aero therm) through centrally controlled ducts. The bathrooms also have underfloor heating.

The best part about this apartment is how versatile your stay becomes. You are located in a really tranquil and safe neighbourhood by the beach (Playa de Poniente) with great restaurants and coffee shops if you want to eat out. You have a huge shopping centre within five minutes’ drive for anything you might need (Carrefour, LIDL, Aldi, Mercadona …) as well as smaller bakeries (L'Atelier de David) and fruit shops if you want to shop local, but you also have really easy access to the busy Benidorm city centre.
