There is parking space for up to 3 or 4 vehicles and a pool area with a built-in barbecue, perfect for gathering outdoors. You will also find a refreshing outdoor shower to enjoy after a day by the pool.

Ground floor: Upon entering through the main door, you will be received by a common area on the ground floor, where there is a small laundry room. You will also find a common toilet with a shower tray. The fully equipped spacious kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals, while the spacious living-dining room offers direct access to the terrace and swimming pool, and is equipped with air conditioning for greater comfort. There is a bedroom with air conditioning and a 150cm bed.

First floor: Going up the interior stairs, you will reach the first floor, where there is a cosy room with a double bed of 150x190 and air conditioning. There is also a second room with a double bed of 135x190 and terrace access. 3 more rooms are located on this floor, all of them have two single beds. Additionally, you will find two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and bidet, and another with a shower tray.
