A complete bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and air conditioning and access to the terrace. To go up to the upper floor, you have to go through a flight of stairs on the outside, and we find a kitchen open to the living room with stunning views of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach. From the main floor there is access to the swimming pool which has stairs to access inside, a sunbeds area and table with umbrella to eat or dine outdoors and outdoor shower with hot water from solar energy. From the pool you can enjoy beautiful sea views with total independence and privacy.
The plot has a shaded parking space and space for 3 vehicles in the open air, but inside the plot.
