The closest beaches are Cala Pinets, just 700 meters from the house, and Fustera beach, 900 meters away.
In the towns of Benissa or Calpe, closer to the house, you can find supermarkets, stores, restaurants, or leisure places.
From Villa Pinets you can move in a few minutes to the coastal towns of Calpe, Moraira, Denia or Jávea. A few meters from the house, there is an ecological path that surrounds the entire coast which is very easy to access and can also be done with children. If you wish, it is the ideal place for cycling since there are also many mountain passes nearby.

When arriving at Pinets, you can park your car in the house's private parking, accessing it through a sliding door directly from the street.
