The beautiful villa Raphael has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. Located in the heart of Les Basetes and with one of the best views in the area, both of the Peñon de Ifach natural park and Moraira, it is the perfect choice for unforgettable days by the sea.

Layout of the accommodation:

With 300 m² of living space, the villa is divided into two floors. On the first floor there is a bright living room with beautiful sea views, a bedroom with queen size bed (two beds together with a total of 160 cm) with access to a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and en suite bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with double bed (140 cm), en suite bathroom with shower and access to a terrace overlooking the sea.
Going down some beautiful and bright internal stairs we reach the lower floor, where we find a spacious living room with the sea and the sky in the background, a comfortable area with sofas and TV. A dining area with a table for 6 people, a guest toilet, a double bedroom with queen size bed (two beds joined together with a total of 160 cm), access to the main terrace and a large en suite bathroom with bathtub to relax with sea views. On this same floor and next to the dining area, we find a large white kitchen, fully equipped, with a large pantry and exit to a terrace overlooking the sea and the coast of Moraira, with a beautiful wrought iron table for 6 guests where you can have breakfast in an unbeatable setting of absolute relaxation.

Outside the villa:

On the same floor you can access from any room to the main terrace of the villa with outdoor sofa area where you can relax reading a good book, or having your favourite drink. The beautiful pool area has a nice swimming pool with roman steps, outdoor shower, a summer kitchen with ceramic hob, sink, dining table and a portable gas barbecue where you can spend the summer evenings and forget about everything just enjoying the place.

The access to the plot has an electric gate for vehicles and a pedestrian entrance that gives access to a covered parking space for 1 car, (even your car will enjoy the beautiful sea views ;)). Going down you will find, in front of the main entrance, space to park several more vehicles outside and without roof.
