These fantastic exteriors begin with the large chlorine pool, measuring 12m x 6m and with a depth of 0.9m to 2m, which is surrounded by a terrace with six sun loungers and a well-kept garden. The porch is a cool place to barbecue with friends and enjoy summer dinners. The house is surrounded by the beautiful garden where children can spend hours playing.
Due to the staggered structure of the house, you will find a kitchen basically equipped with wood oven and ceramic hob, as well as a dining room on floor -1. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are also on this floor. The ground floor is divided into a fully equipped kitchen-dining room with ceramic hob, a comfortable living room with Smart TV and access to the pool. On this floor there is a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The first floor consists of three bedrooms with a double bed each (one of them with en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub) and a separate bathroom with bathtub. Two bedrooms also have access to a terrace, each with views of the countryside. If you are travelling with a child, we can provide a cot and a highchair.

Binissalem is near the beautiful Serra de Tramuntana, an ideal place to bike or walk trips to the mountains. The Alaró Castle is a must-go destination, as well as the Salt des Freu waterfalls. if you prefer the beach, only a 30-minute drive separates the village to the north coast, with wonderful white sand and calm water beaches, like Puerto de Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença, and Playa de Formentor, which is the most sensational side of the island with magic views, where you can also visit a lighthouse, surrounded by cliffs and the Mediterranean sea.
