Spacious family home in Blanes with private pool

Large house with private swimming pool located in the Mas Guelo urbanisation in Blanes, less than 3 km from the beach.

The house has a maximum capacity for 10 people, with 5 double bedrooms.

The house is distributed over 2 floors. On the upper floor, there are 3 double bedrooms: one of them with a double bed (suite with bathtub), and the other two with 2 single beds in each. Full bathroom with shower.
On the lower floor is where we find the spacious living-dining room (TV) with direct access to the outdoor area. A fully equipped independent kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave) and two double bedrooms: one of them with a double bed (suite with bathtub) and another with 2 single beds. A bathroom with shower.

The outdoor area features a private swimming pool (8x4), barbecue, and spacious terraces where you can enjoy the sun. Additionally, it is fully furnished to allow for wonderful breakfasts in the sun.

The garage has capacity for up to 4 cars, with direct access from the house.

Optional heating (extra cost in case of use £100/week).

Pets not accepted.

Groups of young people not accepted. The house is only rented to families. Reservations for people under 35 years old are not accepted.

Conditions for groups

- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Check-in and check-out

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)

Tourist tax

Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
