Located in the beautiful surroundings of Albufeira, Villa da Silva is an exquisite villa that boasts six bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it the perfect holiday accommodation for large families or groups of friends. The villa's spacious living room comes with a cozy fireplace and sliding doors that open onto the garden. You will also find a wine cellar stocked with fine Portuguese wines, adding a touch of elegance to your stay.

The villa is equipped with solar panels that provide heating, and for extra warmth during the winter, you can light up the fireplace for a cozy atmosphere. The villa can accommodate up to ten people and comes with two bedrooms on the ground floor and four bedrooms on the first floor, all air-conditioned. The bathrooms include two with a bath and one with a shower.

The exterior of the villa features a large garden with a private pool, which is filtered by means of saltwater purification, and an outdoor bathroom. The garden also has a children's pool, a barbecue, sunbeds, and plenty of space to relax and unwind. The garden is adorned with orange and lemon trees, adding to the charm of the surroundings.

Amenities provided at Villa da Silva include air conditioning, heating, television with Dutch channels, Wi-Fi internet, iPod docking station, DVD-player, washing machine, dishwasher, coffeemaker, kettle, and a barbecue.

The villa is located at a distance of 30 kilometers from the Faro airport, 2 kilometers from Boliqueime, 8 kilometers from Albufeira, and 5 kilometers from the beach. Please note that groups of people between the ages of 20 - 30 years are only allowed on request.

This villa does not allow young groups, please contact us if the renters ages in your group vary between 18 and 30 years.
