• House layout: The Casa da Tomada is arranged as follows: 1 complete living room with an open-space kitchen, a complete bathroom and a double bedroom. Access to the other rooms is made through the exterior and are configured in a family room with two double beds, a room hall and the bathroom is located inside one of the rooms. This bathroom is shared between these two rooms.

• Respect for the House: treat our house as if it were your own. Please keep the space clean and report any damages immediately. We provide everything you need to make your stay comfortable and ask you to use all amenities responsibly.

• Coexistence within the space: Our house, despite being in a quiet area, has neighbours. We ask you to respect the peace and privacy of our neighbours. Minimise noise, especially during late hours, and treat people with courtesy. The swimming pool is not supervised and you should be careful when using it. It is expressly forbidden to enter the pool or leave bottles, glasses or any glass objects on the edge.

• Organisation: Help keep our space clean after your stay. Collect your rubbish and place it in the bin. Conserve water whenever possible and ensure that lights and electronic devices are switched off when not in use.

• Deposit: There is a deposit of [hidden]€ which must be paid before your arrival. The same will be returned if everything is in order.
