The duplex apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building with elevator access, and is fully equipped and furnished, making it ideal for those traveling with family who want to enjoy a pleasant stay with one of the best views of the city. On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a small living room that supports the fully equipped kitchenette counter with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine and all the necessary cooking utensils. The upper floor is only accessible by stairs. On the second floor, there is a magnificent living room with a view for the Campo das Hortas, with a TV, Wi-Fi internet, a very comfortable sofa bed and some games for a lovely family moment. The suite has a double bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower.

The Municipal Tourism Tax is not included in the amount paid for your reservation. The amount is €1.50/person/night (for those over 15 years of age), with a maximum of 4 nights' stay charged from January to December, starting from 2025. Paid directly to Sé Apartamentos.
