The property offers plenty of space to relax and play: a children’s play area, an outdoor dining zone and a dedicated adults’ relaxation area around the jacuzzi. Inside there are four generous bedrooms — three large doubles and one triple (with the option to add an extra bed) — plus comfortable communal living spaces designed with guests’ comfort in mind.

Hot water: Supplied from an oil-fired tank (automatic). Guests do not need to configure anything; contact the host if there is any issue.
Heating / AC: There is no air conditioning. Heating is installed and works automatically.
Jacuzzi / Pool: A jacuzzi is available. Please check with the host for use, especially outside the summer season.
Parking: Two on-site parking spaces available with prior notice. On-street parking is normally not a problem.
