The saltwater pool size is 6 x 4 meters and its water depth ranges from 1.30 to 1.45 meters. The 6 sun loungers around are perfect to bask in the sun and complete the exterior area.

The house comprises 2 floors. From the street, you will access the ground floor where you'll find a hallway leading to the living room. It's equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, AC, satellite TV, and a pellet stove. Next, you'll find the dining - kitchen featuring a ceramic hob equipped with AC and a table with chairs. It offers all you need to cook your best dishes. There is a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, and an ironing board.
