However, the star of the property is undoubtedly the stunning saltwater pool, measuring 9 x 4 meters, with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.9 meters. Surrounded by four sun loungers, a parasol, and an outdoor shower, it’s the perfect spot to soak up the island’s fantastic weather.

After a refreshing morning swim, the spacious porch beckons you to prepare a delicious barbecue, followed by a relaxing glass of wine on the swinging sofa while you take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding fields dotted with fruit trees.


The building stands out with its solar panels and traditional Mallorcan features, such as natural stone walls both inside and out. Upon entering, you’re greeted by a spacious room with a fireplace that seamlessly combines the living room and dining-kitchen area, allowing everyone to gather without missing a moment. You can prepare meals on the gas stove while others set the table, enjoy appetizers, or listen to your favorite CDs. The highlight is being able to pop some popcorn and watch satellite TV together.
The laundry room is equipped with an ironing board, an iron, and a washing machine for your convenience. There are two bedrooms, each with its own closet: one features a double bed with space for a cot and high chair, while the other has two twin beds.
