Welcome to Pou Vell! This cozy and rustic villa lies at a wonderful place in the north of the island and offers you the comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience.

The two-story villa with a size of 142 m2 counts with 3 bedrooms and is ideal for families or groups of friends. On the 1st floor, you will find two bedrooms. The first one has two single beds, and the other one is fitted with a double bed, which also has an en suite bathroom. The bedroom located on the ground floor has two single beds. There are three bathrooms. Two upstairs, one with a shower cabin and the other one with a bathtub. One is downstairs, which only has a WC. The whole accommodation is equipped with air conditioning.
The whole villa emits a warm and peaceful atmosphere and is an excellent choice for those seeking relaxation. Sit down in the spacious living area and spend your time reading a good book, watching television (Satellite) or a film (DVD player) or just taking a nap. The adjoining dining area is fitted with a nice table and seats for 6 people. In the independent kitchen, you get everything you may need for preparing your meals: a toaster, coffee machine, microwave, vitro ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric oven, cutlery, kitchen appliances, and a refrigerator-freezer. Of course, there is also a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.



The exteriors are beautiful: step outside and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax on the terrace. The porch is furnished with a table and seats 6 people. Next to the private pool, 8 x 4 meters, there is an area with sun loungers for you to get tanned. There are 5.500 m2 of land with lots of almond trees, orange trees, etc.
There are no direct neighbors and the house and its installations are completely private. Pets are welcome upon request – please ask before. You will be able to park up to 3 cars outside the house in an uncovered space.
The house is only 0.6 km from the closest village, Búger, and 4.5 km from Sa Pobla, where you will find most of the things you will need during your stay: a supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The beautiful village of Pollença is also quite close. This place is worth a visit, you will enjoy its tiny cobbled streets with lots of shops, you will be able to go up to Calvary, a tiny church on the top of the village, where you will enjoy the astonishing views of the surroundings.
In only 20 minutes of driving by car, you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine-grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun go down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Apart from this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro, and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipality of Alcúdia.
