It is spread over two floors, where there are four double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a large living-dining room with access to the terrace and a fully-equipped kitchen. The house has completely been renovated and features new furniture.



Búger is a quiet little town located in the north of Mallorca, on top of a hill. Enjoy walking around the village and have a drink al fresco. Its surroundings are full of pathways for hiking or cycling. It is only a 5-minute drive from Inca, a town where you can enjoy all possible amenities (restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, supermarkets, banks, etc.), and a 20-minute drive from the bay of Alcúdia and its incredible sandy beaches with crystal-clear waters.

As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in the living room and in the first floor dispenser. In the other rooms you will find radiators and fans at your disposal.
