Welcome to this breathtaking and modern house in Búger, with private pool and space for 8 guests.
The outdoor areas of this spectacular townhouse are dreamlike. It has two terraces, each one more impressive than the other, where you can relax to the maximum. One of them is perfectly prepared to enjoy an exquisite barbecue after a pleasant moment of relaxation in the jacuzzi, which can be heated up to 35ºC. The upper terrace is even more impressive as it has a wonderful salt pool with unrivalled views of the mountains, the fields and forests and the village. Imagine taking a dip - in the 5 x 3 m long and wide and 1.2 to 1.6 m deep - or lounging on the two round outdoor sofas while contemplating the scenery.

The house is divided into 4 floors. The main floor is where the common rooms are located, such as a beautiful kitchen-living-dining room, equipped with ceramic hob and oven for cooking, a nice dining table and a great space, with a comfortable sofa and an armchair, to watch satellite TV or read a book accompanied by an unparalleled panoramic view. There is also a separate bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed. Upstairs, on the first floor, there are three more bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the last one with two single beds. There are two cots and two high chairs available for the youngest members of the family. All bedrooms have wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms with shower. On the first floor is the laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The whole property is equipped with ducted air conditioning and underfloor heating, so you can visit us at any time of the year.

Búger is a familiar and authentic village, situated in the north centre of the island, where you will find tranquillity and the necessary services for a perfect stay, such as a grocery shop and some restaurants. A 20 minutes drive away you will find beautiful beaches such as Puerto de Alcúdia or Can Picafort, with crystal clear waters and fine sand. Given the extension of these beaches and their gradual depth from the shore, they are ideal to practice water sports or to visit with children. However, in the area there are also beautiful coves both sandy, such as Cala de San Vicente, and rocky, such as the coves of La Victoria.
