INTERIOR
From the entrance hall, the accommodation has a bright and modern décor, with quality furnishings and consists of 2 bedrooms, ideal for a family. The master king size bedroom has an ensuite shower room, with a twin bedroom accompanied by a second separate bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The open plan design leads to a spacious lounge /dining area and an adjoining fully equipped, galley-style kitchen with a small utility area.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Take the spiral staircase to reach the spacious private roof terrace. Equipped with dining table and chairs and a selection of sunbeds, this is the ideal spot for sunworshippers and dining under the stars! Soak up the views across the rooftops and the gorgeous blue swimming pool which is for guests private use.

PARKING AND ACCESS
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is second floor, with elevator access. It is necesary to leave the apartment and enter the pool area via the nearby gated access (100m). Parking is on street, directly outside, without a charge.
