The 2 bedrooms can be converted to either a twin or a couples bed, according to your preferences, and share a bathroom with large walk in shower. The adjoining open plan lounge/diner is bright and airy, with 2 comfy sofas, accompanied by a dining suite. Large patio doors lead to a canopy-covered al-fresco dining zone, with a traditional brick BBQ, perfect for lazy lunches and casual summer suppers. Also with space to relax, the roomy terrace has a comfy sofa set, where you can relax and read, or just snooze the afternoon away! A small staircase leads to the upper sun deck revealing rooftop views out towards the ocean. Here you can enjoy soaking up the sun on the sunbeds provided. The apartment also has access to a large Residents only swimming pool within the central point of the building, ideal for a quick dip for the adults or for childrens playtime, before or after the beach.
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with access only by stairs There is no elevator. Parking is on-street, without a charge.

4. Legal Matters:
• SEF Reporting- All rental property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). We will send a link to our SEF form for you to complete and return before your arrival. It is a mandatory and legal obligation.
• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this,
