• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this.

• Please note we will request a property security deposit via a 3rd party agency, details of which are explained in our booking terms and conditions.
