INTERIOR / ACCOMMODATION Apartment Oxalá features a welcoming entrance hall that sets the tone for the rest of the accomodation. With a bright and contemporary decor, complemented by high-quality furnishings, the apartment offers a cosy retreat for families or friends. The open plan design leads you into a spacious lounge and dining area, where large patio windows allow streams of natural light to fill the space. Enjoy this vibrant ambiance as you step onto the sunny lounge balcony, offering picturesque views of the inviting pool, also the perfect spot to indulge in snacks and refreshments with your loved ones. The adjoining fully equipped, galley-style kitchen and small utility area provide everything you need for a convenient stay.

At the rear of the apartment are two bedrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone. The master bedroom, featuring a comfortable king-size bed, comes complete with its own ensuite bathroom, and the second twin bedroom is accompanied by a separate bathroom, which includes a bath and overhead shower.

PARKING AND ACCESS

This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is second floor, with elevator access. It is necessary to leave the apartment and enter the pool area via the nearby gated access (50m). Parking is on street, directly outside, without a charge.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.

GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:
You will verify your personal details.
You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
