Description of the accommodation

Beautiful townhouse with fantastic mountain views. Undoubtedly, a place to get lost in the heart of Liébana, the jewel of Cantabria. A place where you can enjoy a unique setting, surrounded by nature and tranquility.

Located in a small village formed by 8 houses and surrounded by natural parks. It is a house with a beautiful mountain-style facade, typical of the area, well-equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living-dining room with fireplace, open kitchen, balcony, and a porch with fantastic views where you can relax and disconnect.

The environment is spectacular and very peaceful. Normally families or mountain lovers come to enjoy nature and the outdoors. The house, typical of the area, has an exterior area of approximately 50 m2, where you can enjoy eating outdoors. The views from any part of the town are wonderful, especially those from the pool, just about 20 meters from the house, which is shared with other houses, as well as the large barbecue area.

CHANGES 2025
Following the recommendations of our customers, we have internally improved the accommodation with a new decoration. We have also added a large window so that the impressive exterior views become part of the interior of the house.

The fully fenced pool, just a few meters from the house. The views of the mountain from the pool are spectacular.

In the Picos de Europa, 12 km from Potes and 34 km from the Fuente Dé cable car.

MANDATORY CHECK-IN
We will send an email to complete the online check-in on the same day of the reservation confirmation. The check-in is a mandatory procedure in Spain. It is essential to enter any of our accommodations. The check-in must be completed 20 hours before arrival. Consult us if you have any doubts, we will help you in everything.

DEPOSIT
To facilitate your arrival, you will receive, a few days before arrival, a request to make an online security deposit. This security deposit will not be charged to your bank account. This procedure is authorized by your booking platform.
