This is a house with a beautiful mountain facade, typical of the area, well-equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, living-dining room with fireplace, open-plan kitchen, balcony and small garden to relax. It has a private access to the pool from its garden.

HOUSE LAYOUT:
Ground floor: it only has one room and a toilet.
First floor: we find the living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen, which has direct access to the private garden, one bedroom and a bathroom.

COMMON AREAS
The fully fenced swimming pool, just a few metres from the house. The views of the mountain from the pool are spectacular.

In the Picos de Europa 12 km from Potes and 34 km from the Fuente Dé cable car.

MANDATORY CHECK-IN
We will send an email to do the online check-in on the same day of the reservation confirmation. Check-in is a mandatory procedure in Spain. It is essential to enter any of our accommodations. DEPOSIT
To facilitate your arrival, you will receive, a few days before arrival, a request to make an online security deposit. This security deposit will not be charged to your bank account. This procedure is authorized by your booking platform.
