A modern bungalow is available for rent in the La Zenia area. The bungalow is located in a complex with a swimming pool and a large territory. The total area is 73 m2. The bungalow consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, two bathrooms, and a terrace. There is a large private yard and a garage parking space.

Everything necessary for comfortable living and relaxation is provided: furniture, household electrical appliances (including a coffee maker), bed linen and towels, kitchenware. Central air conditioning. Spanish television, wireless internet. There is summer furniture on the terrace. Accommodation option is up to six people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. Penalty for violation is 200 euros!

The La Zenia area has well-developed infrastructure. Opposite the bungalow is a huge shopping centre "Zenia Boulevard", within walking distance is the network supermarket "Mercadona". Cafes and restaurants are nearby. The sea is approximately 1 km away.

Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros is charged for check-in or check-out outside the company/office working hours, on Sundays, weekends, and holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is paid upon check-in.
