We offer for tourist rental a modern bungalow in a new urbanization in La Zenia. The complex has a children's playground and three swimming pools. Total area – 74 m2. The bungalow consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, two bathrooms, a terrace and a private solarium. There is a parking space for your car.
There is everything necessary for a comfortable stay and relaxation: new furniture, household electrical appliances (including a coffee maker and dishwasher), linen and towels, dishes. The terrace and solarium have summer furniture. There is also a barbecue on the solarium. Central air conditioning. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. Accommodation option – up to six people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the terrace or solarium area.
The La Zenia area has a well-developed infrastructure. Not far from the bungalow there is a huge «Zenia Boulevard» shopping center, and within walking distance is the «Mercadona» chain supermarket. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. The sea is about 1 km away.
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
