We offer for tourist rental a modern, cozy bungalow on the ground floor in a gated complex with green territory in the La Zenia area! The apartment area is 83 m2, consists of two bedrooms, a living room, an American-style kitchen, two bathrooms, a technical room, a terrace and a private courtyard with a relaxation area. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay: modern furniture (including outdoor furniture for the terrace and sun loungers), household electrical appliances (with dishwasher and coffee maker), bed linen and towels, dishes. Central air conditioning, barbecue, wireless Internet. The complex has a large internal area with a children's playground and 3 swimming pools, divided into adult and children's areas. There is a parking space. Within walking distance is the huge La Zenia shopping complex, which has shops of any type, including grocery supermarkets. Within walking distance are bars and restaurants for every taste. The sea and beach are about one kilometer away. Accommodation option – up to six people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the terrace and in the yard!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
