The Medieval ARCO Attic is a 38m2 flat with terrace. It can accommodate up to 3 people and is located on the first floor without lift. It is located in a small building renovated in 2018 in Fabio Rufino street, in the Pópulo neighbourhood. In the works, a considerable part of the medieval wall of Cádiz, which was hidden in the old building, has been brought to light and has been included as a fundamental axis in the decoration of the flat.
The flat is divided into two floors where, despite its small size, there is space for a spacious living room, a kitchen and a cosy bedroom.

It is located in a pedestrian street in the emblematic Pópulo district, considered the oldest in Europe. A few steps from the flat you will find cafes, restaurants, small supermarkets, shops... everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay in the city.

On entering the flat you will find a spacious living room with a single sofa bed, a dining area, an open plan kitchen and a bathroom. A staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find the bedroom with a queen-size bed and storage space. From the bedroom, there is access to a 13m2 private terrace equipped with a hot and cold water shower and a seating area.

It is decorated with antiques, kilims and unique recovered vintage pieces.
