Upon entering, one is greeted by a spacious living room, elegantly furnished with a king-size sofa bed (150 x 200 cm), perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. A sophisticated coffee table and a state-of-the-art Smart TV complement the space, creating the perfect ambiance for entertaining evenings at home.

The living room opens to two charming exterior balconies, flooding the space with natural light and offering panoramic views of the bustling city beyond. These balconies are the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the world go by. Parallel to this, the open-concept kitchen, with its modern design and central island, invites guests to prepare their own culinary delights. Equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and surrounded by three stylish barstools, this kitchen is both functional and attractive, making it the ideal setting for sharing and creating unforgettable memories.

This personal sanctuary is equipped with a luxurious 1.80 x 2.00 m bed, promising restful nights. In the most intimate area of the apartment, we discover a beautifully decorated full bathroom. It features a modern shower, enclosed by a glass screen, and all the necessary amenities for your comfort. A window overlooking the quiet central patio of the building provides soft natural light, creating a serene atmosphere for your self-care routine.

Located in the old town of Cádiz, it is an ideal point to explore the city. Just steps from the Cádiz Cathedral and Plaza de las Flores, the area offers a charming historical atmosphere, surrounded by narrow cobblestone streets and iconic monuments. Additionally, La Caleta beach is within walking distance, perfect for enjoying the sunset over the Atlantic.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
