This beautiful one bedroom and one bathroom apartment is located on the second floor of a fully refurbished building, on Hospital de Mujeres Street, in the historic center of Cadiz.

Entering the apartment we find the kitchen, open to the living room. It has all the necessary utensils and equipment. Both the kitchen and the living room are very bright due to the balcony that overlooks Hospital de Mujeres Street, and to the high ceilings of the building. There is a built-in wardrobe at the entrance.

The living room has a 1.40 m sofa bed, coffee table, Smart TV and a dining table with capacity for four people.

Next to the living room there is a small corridor, where we find the bedroom on the right, equipped with a 1.80 x 2 m double bed, fitted wardrobes and a balcony. The windows in both the bedroom and the living room are of high quality, ensuring the rest of our guests. Both also have air conditioning with hot and cold.

Opposite the bedroom is the complete bathroom with shower, glass bulkhead, double sink and a cupboard where the washing machine and cleaning supplies are located.

The location of the apartment is ideal for visiting the city on foot, since it is within walking distance of all the tourist monuments, just a few meters from the Central Market, Plaza de las Flores and Torre Tavira, and a few minutes walk from the beach La Caleta.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.


During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
