The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift. The exterior revolves around an inner patio-terrace accessible from the kitchen. Although it is not furnished, it is functional and comfortable for everyday use after returning from the beach, which is just one minute away on foot.

Inside, the living-dining room offers a cosy atmosphere with a sofa bed for two people, a Smart TV and air conditioning. The kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, has all the utensils you need to cook comfortably. The apartment has two bedrooms: the main one, with a double bed, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with a shower; and a second bedroom with two single beds and a fan. A second bathroom with a shower serves the remaining guests. There is a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and if you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot.

It is located next to the heart of the old town, very close to the city walls and the lively Mentidero neighbourhood. Just a few minutes away is La Caleta beach, perfect for sunset walks, and Genovés Park, one of the most pleasant green areas in the city. You can also visit the theatre, the cathedral and the museum, all within walking distance. The area offers bars and restaurants with good fish and a local atmosphere.
