Upon entering, you’ll find a bright open-plan kitchen and living area, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The living room is filled with natural light, thanks to a balcony overlooking the street and the apartment’s high ceilings. It features a 1.40 m sofa bed, Smart TV, coffee table, and a dining table for four.

Through a short hallway, you reach the bedroom, which offers a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed, built-in wardrobes, and another exterior balcony. Both the bedroom and the living room have high-quality windows and air conditioning with heating and cooling, ensuring a restful atmosphere year-round.

Across from the bedroom is a modern bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower and glass screen, double sink, and a closet housing the washing machine and cleaning supplies.

Ideally located to explore Cádiz on foot, the apartment is just steps from the Central Market, Plaza de las Flores, and Torre Tavira, and a short walk from La Caleta beach.
