From here, the rest of the rooms, including the kitchen, are distributed. Two large windows fill the living room with natural light.

The first bedroom, while interior, is very bright thanks to a window overlooking an inner courtyard. It features a 1.50 x 2 m double bed and spacious built-in wardrobes.

A hallway connects the two bedrooms and houses the first full bathroom, equipped with a shower and glass screen.

The second bedroom is filled with natural light, with two exterior windows. It includes a 1.60 x 2 m bed and a large built-in wardrobe.

The modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining table for three. From the kitchen, you access the apartment’s highlight: a stunning private terrace, furnished with two sun loungers, a high table with stools, a dining table for six, sunshades, an outdoor shower, and a lounge area – ideal for relaxing any time of the day.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
