Villa Moll Moll enjoys a privileged location, just 50 metres from the well-known Cala Blanca beach, which can be reached in only a 1-minute walk.

The villa is arranged on a single level and offers a comfortable and functional interior. It features three double bedrooms, all with air conditioning: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and the other two with single beds. There is also a second full bathroom with a bathtub.

The property has a spacious independent kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob and everything needed for a comfortable stay. From the kitchen, there is access to an interior patio that provides plenty of natural light to the entrance hall and leads to the laundry area. The kitchen also includes a dining area with a built-in bench and table.

The living area is bright and spacious, featuring a large sofa, Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and a large window with direct access to the terrace.

Outside, the villa offers a large garden with private swimming pool, spacious terraces, and a built-in barbecue with pergola, ideal for outdoor living. In this outdoor area there is also a toilet with WC and washbasin, providing extra convenience.
