In addition, there is a large terrace with a swimming pool, sunbeds to enjoy the sun and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. Next to the terrace there is a children's playground, which makes it an ideal property for everyone.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). This house has air conditioning and central heating throughout.

Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
