Welcome to this wonderful home with access to a shared pool, located just a short distance from the beach in Cala D’Or. This property accommodates up to 6 guests.
After a day of exploring or relaxing at the beach, there's no better way to unwind than with a refreshing swim in the shared pool, available for use by the house's guests. The pool is a 7 x 7 metre chlorine pool with a depth of 1.4 metres. For younger guests, there's a children's pool measuring 3.5 x 3.5 metres with a depth of just 0.4 metres.
The house also features a private garden, where you can relax and soak up the sun on one of the loungers, enjoy a good book under the shade of a parasol, or cook up a delicious barbecue on the well-equipped porch. The garden is fully fenced, offering privacy and tranquillity, and the property is situated in a peaceful residential area with other nearby homes.


The house offers 130 m² of space, spread across two floors. Upon entering the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan area combining the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas where you can relax and enjoy satellite TV (German channels) while staying cool with air conditioning. The dining area features a table that comfortably seats 9 people. A small bar separates this space from the fully equipped kitchen, which is ready for you to prepare meals during your stay. It includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and more. Additionally, the house has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.
For resting, the house offers 5 bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and features a double bed. A bathroom with a bathtub completes this level. On the upper floor, you will find the remaining bedrooms: one with two single beds, another with a bunk bed, a third with two single beds, and the last one with a double bed. All bedrooms on both floors come with wardrobes and air conditioning, and some have access to the terrace or balcony. A bathroom with a bathtub serves this level.
If you're traveling with a baby, we can provide a crib and high chair upon request.

Cala d'Or is a premier tourist destination located in the south of Mallorca. Offering all the essential services for a self-sufficient stay, including restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, it also boasts a vibrant holiday atmosphere for an unforgettable experience. The nearest beach to the house is Cala Egos, a charming sandy cove with crystal-clear turquoise waters, perfect for relaxing. In the surrounding area, you'll discover other stunning beaches such as Cala d'Or, Portopetro, and Cala Mondragó. You can also explore inland villages like Felanitx and Campos to immerse yourself in local traditions. For golf enthusiasts, a golf course is just 8.5 km away.


The communal swimming pool is open at all times.
Air conditioning is available free of charge from 9 PM to 7 AM and from 2 PM to 4 PM. If you wish to use it 24 hours a day, there is an additional cost.
We do not accept guests under 25 years of age unless they are part of a family. Copies of passports for all guests will be required to confirm the booking.
Pets are not allowed.
The organization of events is strictly forbidden.
There is outdoor parking available for 1 car.
The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid in cash upon arrival. The amount varies between €0.55 per night per guest during the low season and €2.20 per night per guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half starting from the 9th day of your stay. All guests must pay the Ecotasa, except those under 16 years old.
A security deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival to the owner.
