The living room, open to the dining area and equipped with air conditioning, provides a comfortable space to relax or enjoy a movie on the satellite TV. Please note, the fireplace is not in use. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need for cooking, including a ceramic hob, microwave, electric oven, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The laundry room features a washing machine, ironing board, and iron.
This home features 4 bedrooms, each offering a wardrobe and access to a terrace. On the ground floor, you'll find a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request. There is also a separate shower room on this level.
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, and a fourth bedroom with bunk beds. Please note, there is no satellite TV on the first floor. This floor also includes a bathroom with a bathtub. For the cooler months, electric heaters are available upon request.
