This magnificent villa, completely refurbished and modernised, is located in an enviable position with spectacular views of Cala Galdana beach. The views from the rear terrace, the gardens, and the pool area are simply breathtaking. At the front, the property boasts a large plot and benefits from a semi-circular driveway with two access points, providing added convenience.

The villa enjoys a very convenient location, just 600 metres from the beach, as well as from shops and restaurants.

The property features five double bedrooms: four with single beds and one with a double bed. There are three bathrooms, two with bathtubs and one with a shower. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning with sensors.

Outdoors, the villa offers a splendid terrace with sea views and views of Cala Galdana beach, equipped with a built-in barbecue, outdoor furniture, and sun loungers for up to 10 people, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, and a capsule coffee machine. In addition, the villa features a separate laundry room with washing machine, an air-conditioned office/dining area with table and chairs, and a spacious living room with international TV channels and free Wi-Fi.
