On the ground floor is the large open living room, generously equipped with sofas and a flat screen TV. The living room merges into the dining area. With its large dining table and comfortable chairs, it invites you to long evenings with good food, delicious wines and great conversations. You will also find a single and a double bedroom on the ground floor; in between a shower room. The kitchen, also on the ground floor, is well and generously equipped: [hidden] large ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, small electrical appliances, etc. From the kitchen you can directly reach the terrace with the pool. A staircase leads from the living area to the upper floor. There is a bedroom with a double bed (135 cm) and a double bedroom with a bathroom with tub for common use. You will also find the master bedroom with bathroom en suite and its own terrace, from which you have a wonderful view to the sea.

The house has an air conditioning system with a heat pump, which can cool the bedrooms in the summer and heat them in the winter months. The bedrooms in the lower part of the house, which are not equipped with air conditioning, can be cooled with fans in the summer months and heated with electric heaters in the winter months
It is about 6km to Santanyí, a traditional Mallorcan town. There you will find everything for everyday needs. There are two large supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, bars with live music, exhibitions, and much more. The popular weekly market takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays. In 10 minutes by car you reach the picturesque fishing port of Cala Figuera and in 20 minutes to the port of Porto Petro.
