Description of the accommodation

Located in a quiet area at the border of Cala Llombards on a secluded plot in about 800m distance to the sand beach. The house is lovingly cared for. It has an electric gate and a roof protected main entrance from where you get directly to the living-dining area with fireplace and big dining table. At the left there is a double bedroom and the children’s double bedroom with trundle bed. At the right there is a small hallway going to a double bedroom with bathroom en Suite, another bathroom with tub and a big kitchen with utility room and way out to the cosy covered rear terrace and the outdoor dining place with the BBQ. The pool is part of the front terrace with space enough for the 6 sunloungers and the two sunshades. The house is equipped with central oil heating and can be used throughout the year.
In 5 walking minutes you get to the small supermarket of Cala Llombards, in 15 minutes to the sand beach, or by car in just 4 minutes. To the two beautiful bays Caló des Moro and Cala s’Almunia it is a walk of about 15 minutes or go there by car in just a few minutes. The village Llombards is 4,5 km away and Santanyí with the famous farmer’s market on Wednesdays and Saturdays and the many shops and restaurants about 5,4 km.
