Comfortable and cosy semi-detached villa located in a quiet area of the Calan Blanes urbanisation. It has a private swimming pool with garden and built-in barbecue.
It has a small but cosy porch with sofas to spend pleasant summer evenings.
Inside, we find a rustic-style kitchen with everything you need; electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, capsule coffee machine and dishwasher. There is also a dining area with tables and chairs adjacent to the bright living room. Living room with TV and Wifi.
It has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with air conditioning, located on the upper floor with access to a private terrace, a master bedroom with air conditioning and a third single bedroom with a fan (both located on the ground floor).
