This spacious 150 m² villa is spread over two floors and features four comfortable bedrooms, all located on the first floor. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed, radiator, wardrobe, and beautiful views of the garden or the countryside. One of the bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower for added convenience. Additionally, two cots and two high chairs are available upon request.

Cala Pi is 17 km from Llucmajor and 4 km from the Talayotic village of Capocorb, which has been declared a historical monument and can be visited any day for a fee. Access by car is easy, and there is free parking available. The beach at Cala Pi is reached by descending some steep stairs. Palma is 45 km away, where you will find cultural tours, monuments, museums, and extensive shopping.
