This beautiful Mediterranean villa is a charming townhouse located in a quiet neighborhood of Cala Sant Vicenç, less than a 5-minute walk from its golden sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. With a spacious terrace, bright décor in light tones, and a cozy atmosphere, it offers the ideal place for an unforgettable holiday.
Casa Mediterránea Magdalena features a recently designed small pool, perfect for cooling off on summer days.

The house is laid out over two floors. On the upper floor, the main entrance opens into the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need for your holiday. The fireplace is decorative. In the hallway there are two bright and airy double bedrooms with a full bathroom between them. On the same floor, there is also a single bedroom with private access to the terrace, as well as an outdoor toilet with shower.

Outside, a staircase leads to the lower floor. Here you will find a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and an additional lounge with a small fridge and coffee maker for extra convenience. There is also a playroom designed for children.

All bedrooms, except for the single room on the lower floor, have hot/cold air conditioning available at any time of the day for maximum comfort.

The spacious terrace surrounding the house offers different areas to enjoy the outdoors: a barbecue on the veranda, perfect for family meals, and a solarium with fabulous mountain views.

Puerto Pollensa is 10 min drive from Cala, a perfect place for a day out at the beach or visiting its lovely restaurants, cafes and shops.

There is a Supermarket near the house and a big grocery within 5 min drive.
